The hotel is conveniently located and offers a great variety of amenities. the rooms are clean and comfortable with spacious bathrooms. the staff is friendly and the service is satisfactory, ensuring a pleasant stay. the buffet breakfast offers a wide range of delicious options to choose from. Guests can also enjoy the gym facilities for a quick workout.
The communication skills of the staff could be improved for better interaction with the guests.

Rooms were not cleaned properly and had a musty smell. Bedding was not changed during our entire stay.

During my new year stay, I really liked the comfortable rooms and the nice bathroom. The bed was big and gave me a good feeling. the hotel's location was key for me, as it was conveniently located near various attractions and amenities. I enjoyed the variety of foods offered at the breakfast buffet.
It seemed like they lacked communication skills and were not proactive in their approach. the gym was quite small and didn't offer much in terms of equipment or facilities.
